- I will prepare and review the Contract of Purchase and Sale for your new home paying close attention to correct conditions thus protecting you
- I will send all documents to your lender
- I will arrange access to the property for you lender's appraiser.
- I will send all documentation to your Notary or Lawyer for you
- I will stay in contact with your Notary or Lawyer during and prior to completion to ensure a smooth and successful closing
- I will obtain the keys to Your new Home for You
